Studying at the University of Johannesburg means you have a lot on your plate. In such conditions of chaos and a limited amount of time, one has to manage the academic details For this purpose, my fellow students go to different websites and visit the student service office and sometimes because of the delay and hectic routine, they are unable to take their classes.
That’s because most of them do not know UJ offers a student portal.
I know your mouth has widely opened, yes, you have wasted your time on irrelevant sites and now you can manage your fee details by registering on the UJ portal. The portal is designed for reviewing details about financial aid, grades, and course information.
You can go to the portal and inquire about the scholarship or transcript. I have more in my docket so come with me and discover the charms of the University of Johannesburg student portal.
Ulink Student Portal
Whenever it comes to registration problems, class schedules, and dealing with fees and transcripts, the majority of the students run toward the student services office. Although it is not a bad idea, what if I tell you something which saves you time and effort and prevents you from missing class? I am talking about the UJ Ulink student portal that offers all students to come and see their grades, application status, and more.
I can understand your problem more deeply because I have spent the same time at university. It was cool to visit the office at the beginning but with the passage of time, I realized, visiting the office again and again was wasting my time. Then I went to my most senior students and asked which method they use and one of them guided me about the UJ Ulink student portal. It not only saved my time but also liberated me from the hectic routine.
How Can I Login To The UJ Ulink Student Portal?
Now the core problem is to find the portal. I can understand your situation and I have divided all the information into a few steps plus I added the portal link. Below you can see the link to the portal and a simple method to log in to the portal. Here we go!
So when a student joins the university, the first question that pops up in his mind is the grades and CGPA, how to see the grades or complain about a specific teacher? I have a simple methodology, open google chrome and paste the link given below. Click on the enter button and wait until the interface is completely visible.
As you see the interface, you will encounter multiple options including the empty bars and the buttons. Click on the empty bar of the “Ulink Sign In” option. Here you will see two options, a bar with the username and a second one with the password. Anyhow, enter your password plus username accurately and then check it to ensure everything is alright. Click on the login button mentioned below.
What I Can Do On Portal?
You have plenty of options to do such as seeing the grades and fee structure for the next semester. You can also learn about the terms and conditions of the library plus if you have issued a book and lost it, you can enter a query here for a degree or transcript. On the other hand, one can see also the class schedules changes.
All these options will be at your fingertips if you are successful in logging in to the student portal. But the major problem will occur when you will apply for the registration. I wasted my 2 days learning the registration methodology, but I will never let it happen to anyone else so follow my lead further.
Easy Steps To Register Within 2 Minutes
I am unaware of your internet speed but if it is sufficient enough, the process will take only 2 minutes to register. The first step is to log in to the portal UJ Unlink ( as I have mentioned above ). Once you are successful, click on the option of classes, here you will see a “ My Registration” option, tap on it and wait until the loading finishes.
Then come the instructions and information related to the registration. Although you can read all the details from here, if you are not in the mood to read then come along with me. The interface will show you multiple options, all you need is to click on the right option which will be highlighted with a blue mark.
The interface or website will show you the POPIA regulations, read them from the beginning to the end, and agree with all options if you want to continue the process. The website will ask you to verify your personal information, do as the portal asks for and you are halfway to your task. It is possible that they will ask you to upload the relevant documents, so click on the “Upload” button and send all the files.
Once you have finished uploading the documents, tap on the “ Registration Verification” button. Here you are required to submit the payment to pay the minimum amount to the university.
