- The applicant should have the nationality of the region (South Africa), and the fund will be given to the permanent resident of the region.
- The applicant should have an age range between 16 to 25 years old. Below or above age range applicants will not get the funds.
- The applicant must have enrolled in high school.
- The applicant is studying in the mentioned fields above in an undergraduate programme / the applicant is planning to get admission in the undergraduate field mentioned above.
- The applicant must have enrolled for a higher educational institute in the region (South Africa) or TVET College.
- The graduate candidate must have a B grade in maths and science and 75% overall all average marks.
- A 65% cumulative average is required for graduate candidates.
- The students who have enrolled in tertiary education ought to complete all their courses before applying.
- The candidate’s household income is required to understand the condition of a need-based scholarship.
- The rural areas students will be prioritized for the programme funding.
- The applicant must not get an amount from any other scholarship or assistance from the employer.
